Pastoral Ministry

Jesus Christ Calls Every Christian to be a Missionary, Matthew 28:19. This doesn’t mean we have to travel to another country. We can be missionaries in support, prayer or donation. We each have God-given gifts and talents that can be used to help others. Victory World Outreach, Inc. connects people with missions opportunities suited just for them.

Victory World Outreach was founded on biblical principles.  Our pastoral ministry involves shepherding the flock. … Shepherding involves protection, tending to needs, strengthening the weak, encouragement, feeding the flock, making provision, shielding, refreshing, restoring, leading by example to move people on in their pursuit of holiness, comforting, guiding (Ps 78: 52; 23).

Church Planting

God designed church planting to expand his kingdom. Thus, the eternal perspective of church planting rests in the fact that it is a means of rescuing lost souls for Christ eternally (Luke 19:10).

Victory World Outreach, Inc. is committed to training our pastors to not only bring people to a personal know Jesus Christ but to also make them disciples – the final command of Jesus.

These disciples in turn are encouraged to share the Good News of personal salvation with others and form churches that will nourish and strengthen them, through pastoral care and spiritual leadership, so that they too will become equipped to make disciples.

Church planting happens when these disciples gather together for fellowship, prayer, and the study of God’s Word, and numbers grow to the point where new pastoral leaders are appointed and a new church springs up out of this growth.

Church Planting occurs when there is intentional rapid and multiplicative increase in indigenous churches planting churches within a given people group or population segment.

Support A Pastor

VWO, Inc. has planted over 700 churches since 2000.  Each of these churches received a pastor through church planting.  The local pastor receives support from the ministry through donations from churches and individuals in the United States.  Currently, we have 100 pastors supported.  The unsupported pastors continue to do God’s work because they have been called to preach. Many of the supported pastors only receive $10 per month.  The goal is to see all of our pastors supported at $50 per month.

Women’s Ministry

The women’s ministry exists to inspire, equip, support, and disciple women to live in God’s purpose.  Speaking the truth in love, serving one another to grow to be like Christ, and in ways which understand the high calling of women and appropriate tasks according to God’s design for womanhood. Equipping to facilitate ministry is required but isn’t ministry for everyone. Ministry of all is the goal. Equipping and teaching the word is necessary to achieve that goal. There is a women’s ministry at each of the churches that need your support to spread the Gospel to other women in the village.  We strive to see the women’s ministry supported at $1,000 per month.  You can give any amount and if we all gave $10 we could reach this monthly goal quickly. Please consider supporting the women’s ministry.

Bus Ministry

The bus ministry has been called the greatest evangelistic tool in the history of the local church. Millions upon millions of people have come to church, heard the Gospel preached, and had their lives forever changed since the introduction of the bus ministry. At Good Samaritan Baptist Church Mapanga, we have seen the powerful, life-changing impact of this ministry on countless boys and girls, teens, and adults.

Established in 2022, there are two buses serving five area villages.  The two buses are full every Sunday.  The request for more buses and routes continues to grow. The bus ministry requires buses, fuel, maintenance and drivers. We have seen hundreds of souls saved, lives changed, and families helped through this program.  Without this program many would not be able to attend church and here the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Bible Ministry

God’s word changes lives!  The need for native language bibles is great.  These bibles are critical to what we do-sharing the life changing freedom offered through the Good News of Jesus Christ.  Your gift of $15 will purchase one Chichewa KJV Bible.  If we purchase 200 bibles we can receive a 10% discount.
